The Giddings Art Blog was created in response to requests Wayne and Dawn received from family and friends to share their art. We have also enjoyed the friendships we have made with other artists and fellow bloggers. While Wayne creates beautiful wire wrap jewelry and spends time building amazing things in his wood shop, Dawn creates graphite and charcoal drawings, watercolor sketches, hand sewn leather sketchbooks and journals and occasionally enjoys mixed media, fiber art and jewelry making.
Wayne and Dawn met at Church in April 2011. They quickly discovered that they shared many interests including the arts, traveling and living life to the fullest. Early on, they felt that their friendship was something special and it was no coincidence that they had found each other. Six months later they were married! Since then, they have been busy working, traveling, making art and enjoying a wonderful life together.
